The 2020 LSA Exhibit Hall provides a great opportunity for attendees to meet with publishers, initiatives, and organizations presenting their products and services. The LSA Annual Meeting provides a great opportunity to showcase your organization to more than 2,500 prominent figures in their field from the United States and over 60 other countries.

Exhibit Hall Location and Hours:
The LSA Exhibit Hall will be located in the Capitol Ballrooms 1-3 at the Hyatt Regency Denver at Colorado Convention Center. It will be open the following hours:
Thursday, May 28th: 9-5, 6:30-8:30
Friday, May 29th: 9-5
Saturday, May 30th: 9-5
Sunday, May 31st: 9-12
Your exhibit fee includes an identifying sign, 6' draped table with chairs, and two exhibitor registrations per booth. A directory of exhibitors will be listed on the LSA website, in the printed program, and on the Annual Meeting app.
Booth Set-up and Tear-down:
Detailed information including additional (optional) booth-related costs (i.e. furniture, carpet, etc.) will be provided in the Exhibitor Service Kit which will be distributed via email directly to confirmed exhibitors.
Exhibitors who cancel their exhibit reservation prior to March 15,2020 will be refunded 50% of the total booth fee. No refunds are available after March 15,2020.
